Aurora Technology, Inc. has contracted with Rapid Response Monitoring Service to provide security and fire monitoring for our customers. If you need to call to report a false alarm or error, please call (800) 558-7767. They will be glad to help you nut will request your master codeword or phrase.

Aurora Technology, Inc. security subscriptions are made through Paypal. A Paypal account is required. Payments are automatically deducted from the credit card or bank account that you select on a monthly basis. Clicking on a Paypal "Subscribe" button will direct you to the secure Paypal website to complete your subscription.
Self Monitoring via Network or Cellular
This provides you with only yourself as monitoring your home or business. If an alarm situation occurs, it is up to you to decide whether Police or Fire are to be called. The drop down box allows you to choose the regular security details or if chosen it will provide you with the weather details (current conditions and forecast, if your panel has this capability).
Security &/or Fire through Network Only
This provides you with monitoring which indicates that the alarm and (if being monitored) fire signals will go through a communications device to the monitoring station. Police and/or Fire will be dispatched unless confirmation is made stating everything is ok.
Security &/or Fire through Network & Cellular
This provides you with monitoring which indicates that the alarm and (if being monitored) fire signals will go through the network at first and then in case of power troubles or lines cut backup communications will go through the cellular device to the monitoring station. This service provides ultimate peace of mind knowing your home and family are getting help in the case of an emergency. Police and/or Fire will be dispatched unless confirmation is made stating everything is ok.
